  • Lovely to create an unusual dessert.

    I first used this in a savoury dish, mixed with some whole wheat pasta. However I have decided it comes into it's own in desserts. Whether with a caramel sauce, a coconut cream or some cherries in kirsch, it is wonderful. Great gift for foodie friends too!
