Not many people know, we are actually one of the worlds few cocoa growers!

At our Rabot Estate Cocoa Plantation in St Lucia, we farm, harvest, ferment and dry our own cocoa beans, that then go on to feature in our Tasting Club...especially our Rabot 1745 collection! 

What's more, once our conversion factory is built, up and running effectively, we will be able to not only convert the cocoa beans from our plantation and beans from other farms across the island.
